Upgrade Your ProfExam License

Already own ProfExam? Enter the email you used at purchase and your license key - we will show every upgrade available for that license.

After the upgrade you receive a new license key, and the old one stops working. Enter the new key in the app to activate it again. Issuing a fresh key instead of extending the old one also means that a key which has leaked somewhere is no longer of any use.

We only use your email and key to look up the upgrades available for your license.

Licenses purchased within the last 6 months are upgraded to ProfExam 10 free of charge, and a key already used with ProfExam Simulator 10 is upgraded automatically - in both cases this page will show no offers, which is expected.
