These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ProfExam applications and services ("App") provided by Sketchman Studio ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service
ProfExam is an exam simulation and training application available on multiple platforms, including mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux).
The App allows users to load exam files and practice tests in a simulated environment.

2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
  • copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • use the App for unlawful purposes

3. Free and Paid Features
The App may offer both free and paid features.
In the free version:
  • certain limitations may apply (e.g., limited number of questions per session)
Paid features may include:
  • removal of limitations
  • access to full functionality

4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may be available via auto-renewable subscriptions.
Mobile platforms (iOS / Android)
  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings
Desktop platforms
  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers
  • Terms of those providers may also apply
We do not store your payment details.

5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the platform or payment provider through which the purchase was made.
We do not process refunds directly.

6. User Content
The App may allow you to load and use exam files.
You are responsible for:
  • the legality of content you use
  • ensuring you have rights to use such content
We do not claim ownership of your files.

7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
  • accuracy of exam content
  • that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
